How It Works

From first inquiry to keys in your hand — here's every step explained

Buying a car from the United States and shipping it internationally might sound complex — but with Charisma Auto, it's straightforward. We've refined our proven process to eliminate uncertainty, reduce costs, and deliver your vehicle with complete peace of mind.

Step 01

Initial Consultation

Contact us by phone, email, or the form on our site. Tell us which vehicle interests you — or describe the car you're looking for (make, model, year, trim, color). We respond within 24 hours.

Step 02

Vehicle Selection & Inspection

We source the vehicle from auction or dealer stock, run a full CARFAX history report, conduct a physical inspection, and send you a complete photo/video package before any commitment.

Step 03

Full Price Quote

You receive a transparent, itemized quote: vehicle cost, port loading fee, ocean freight, marine insurance, and estimated import duties for your country. No hidden extras.

Step 04

Purchase & Payment

Confirm your order with a deposit. Payment options include bank wire transfer and other secure methods. We provide a formal sales contract before any funds are transferred.

Step 05

Export Documentation

We prepare all US export paperwork: title in your name, EEI (Electronic Export Information), Bill of Lading, and a commercial invoice. All documents meet the requirements of your destination country.

Step 06

Loading & Ocean Shipping

Your vehicle is delivered to our partner port facility (Los Angeles, Baltimore, or New Jersey) and loaded onto an ocean carrier — RoRo or container, whichever suits your vehicle and destination.

Step 07

Live Tracking

We share real-time vessel tracking so you always know where your car is in transit. Typical transit times range from 14 days (Europe) to 35 days (Southeast Asia).

Step 08

Arrival & Customs

Your vehicle arrives at the destination port. We provide all documents needed for customs clearance. Our partners in many countries can assist with the import process on your behalf.

FAQ

How long does the entire process take?
From initial inquiry to delivery at your destination port, the typical timeline is 4–8 weeks depending on destination. Eastern Europe: 4–5 weeks. Middle East: 5–6 weeks. Central Asia: 6–8 weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international wire transfers (SWIFT). For clients in some regions we also accept USDT/USDC stablecoins. All payments are documented with formal receipts.
Can you source a specific car not listed in your inventory?
Absolutely. Custom orders are one of our specialties. Provide the year, make, model, trim, color, and mileage preference — we'll search dealer networks and auctions across the US and typically present options within 3–5 business days.
Do you handle customs clearance at the destination?
We provide all US export documents required for import clearance. In many countries we have partner customs brokers who can handle the in-country clearance process. Ask us about your specific destination.
What if the car is damaged during shipping?
All vehicles are covered by marine insurance for their full declared value during transit. In the extremely rare event of damage, we manage the insurance claim on your behalf.
